Can anyone help?

Have tried contacting via Twitter, phone, chat, everything is down.

I have tried revising my account online via the website and app and getting errors for the most part. If I do get past errors the promo plan, or anything similar, is not an option.

 

Been with Fido upwards of 20 years and have never experienced a day of so much frustration. 

 

I need help with my account and the offer please.
