I have been saving my fido dollars for about $8 years. I have saved a whopping $163. I would like to simply exchange these Fido dollars for the $150 Huawei Y6. This is a $150 phone at retail cost with no contract.
I don't want to upgrade. I don't want a contract. I simply want to exchange dollar for dollar on this cheap retail phone.
Is this simple request asking to much?
I have two cell lines, both no contract. A customer since 2006.
