Caller ID issues- LG G3

I recently added a value pack on my LG G3 phone that includes caller ID and voicemail. The voicemail works but the caller ID does not. Every call I get comes up as an unknown number? Anyone have any tips? Fido reset my network and said it was working fine, but still having issues. I have removed my Sim Card and re-inserted it and still did not help. Any ideas?

Are all the calls coming in marked as unknown or is it just for those who aren't in your contact list?

I am facing exact same problem. Only difference is I can see number but not name. I have checked with Fido and my call id and name display package is activated.

Thanks for the prompt response.

Unfortunately I see only numbers. My phone is blank with no stored contacts. That is how I noticed this problem.

I am also looking for an option to transfer data from Samsung Galaxy S3 to LG G3.
