I called waited for 3 hours to change my plans, yesterday it showed the change in my plans today it shows my old plans and my new billing cycle starts today! Anyone else having this issue?
and of course I can't get ahold of a customer service via phone or online ... grrrr
I sure hope not. I just got a text message today that I successfully signed up for the $85 plan and that I should see it in full effect come my next billing cycle (which is in about two weeks for me). For me I'm going onto a slightly more expensive plan so if they still bill me on my old plan I'd be okay with that too haha.
