Call forwarding problem, Fido phone reps don't know how to fix

Hi

 

Call forwarding won't work on my phone (S6) neither Conditional and Unconditional forwarding.

 

I get the same message: Unexpected response from network and I also used many International Value-Packs in the past just like the person who had the problem in the thread above.

 

However, I haven't been lucky because after  2h on the phone talking to 4 different Fido reps who in turn called Technical Support, they could not figure out how to activate it.

 

I don't have voicemail and I do have Call forwarding in my options

 

 

I'm getting pretty desperate because I need this service for my company

If I try to do it directly from the phone, won't work either:

Finally a Fido rep asked me to do *#21# and this is what I get:

Not activated

One last thing, I've tested using my iPhone instead (with the same SIM card) but it's still not working, so not an Android issue
