CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT ANSWERING?

WHY hasn't my previous complaint about the Rude UNprofessional 'manager' Gerald @ Georgia & Granville who TuRnEd his eyes uP when he saw me again last week and Said previously, "Here we go again.." with a "Whatever" @tTiTuDe" and TOLD me "Look, WHY don'T you GO To Another Store !?" after I asked why neither he nor his other less 'capable' male 'staff' who don'T listen or 'care' to 'listen' let alone 'help' a PAYING CU$TOMER either, been read let alone responded to. Gerald's still there. He sent me 30 blocks out of my way in the pouring rain 4 months ago to a 3rd party franchise false front 'Fido' store on Robson near Bute where I couldn'T pay my bill because they're just U$ING your Fido logo, which is also UNprofessional and Deceptive. The Pacific Centre location's male staff are as BAD as the Former Future Shop 'dudes' who used to hang around as if they were at a frat house instead of 'serving' CU$TOMER$. The ONLY Fido Reps that have EVER been Efficient and Helpful have been Amy, Doaa and Layla Croft (the latter a Former Manager @ Robson near Richards which Gerald didn'T even know about or 'care' to look up).
