I received a promotional offer in my gmail few weeks ago about upgraing my plan and the offer is really good.
I got to know that this offer should be activated through 'change my plan' tab under ' My Account'. All I am supposed to do is 'select' the plan and then press 'Checkout'. As soon as I am pressing checkout, it says
We're working on fixing it as quickly as we can.
Please check back in a few minutes.
I contacted both chat support and customare care 611. The answer I got is - we cannot see any offer on the screen that is directed to your account. Hence, we cannot help you. Please go to the nearest fido store and show them the offer. They might help you.
Today is the last day (AUG 31)to avail this offer and I won't be able to visit a FIDO store today. Surprised to know that no one at the customer care support could help me. I even offered to send them a snapshot on an email ID if they wanted to see but of no use. Can someone help before I loose this offer?
