Hello, for the past few hours i have been trying to reach fido in any possible way i can, I have called the regular costumer service number, called 611, tried chatting online but ALL of them give me errors. I have to speak about something urgently and do not have the ability at the moment to physically go to a FIDO store. What options do I have as a decade-long FIDO costumer. This is rediculous and should be resolved very soon.

While we did have extra staff in place for a recent promotion, we still experienced a higher than expected volume of enquires and we weren’t able to respond to everyone as fast as we usually do.
