CANNOT ACCESS SPOTIFY PREMIUM

When I go to my account I receive the code but not link to sign uo. Can someone help?

Is it the first time you're using Spotify Premium?  The offer is for first time users only.  Also, if you already benefited from the offer before, you wouldn't be able to use it again.

No unfortunately it does not work. I got new S9+ this year. 

When I put in the promo code it gives me an error.

Did you become eligible for the offer after October 25th, 2017? If that's the case you'd need to enter the code directly with Spotify. You can find all the details in this article here. 

You can also go directly to the Spotify page to redeem the code here.
