Buying phone and changing plan online

Hello, yesterday I changed my plan and ordered a new phone online. I selected a plan with 3GB data bonus (getting in total 4) and a Samsung A8 in grey. I got a plan change confirmation but it says I only have 1GB and no phone confirmation at all. The new phone is not even mentioned in the agreement I received. Am I getting the 3GB bonus? And what’s happening with my pine order?

When did you place the order? It can take 24-72 hours for the confirmation email to be sent for the phone. We send it when the phone is ready to be shipped. 

 

As for the plan, the email confirmation shows the details of the plan. It might not take into account bonus. You should however see it directly on My Account. 

 

Have you checked to see if you see it there?
