Hello Fido, unable to pay bill via my account application from blackberry z10.

 

Pls fix  appliacation for blackberry

issue resolved automatic without any change. now i am able to pay my bill with myaccount (old version) application on Blackberry 10.

Is Wifi turned OFF? are you connected to Fido wireless data?

any update Stephane?  getting same error message on blackberry myaccount application for bill payment. 

From what we can tell, you are the only person experiencing this issue. Please use a different credit card or payment method.

No, credit card work fine with fido website payment but not via my account apps. Also every time I double - triple check and all details correct but still getting error message.

Note: payment through my account on Android work fine but since I have blackberry it's never work. I re installed apps but still not success.

On my 14th post I reply you error message with screen shots as an example but some how it was removed by fido.

Is it possible there may be an issue with your credit card? What type of credit card is it?

Could you provide more detail please?

 

Error message, app freezes, shuts down, keeps loading, invalid credit card, something having to do with WiFi maybe?
