I tried to change my billing address many times and saved it. However, when I come back late it is gone. There’s anyway I can change it?

You should be able to change your address without a problem.

 

Are you getting the same result when you try with a different browser?

 

(Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox/Google Chrome)

Yes, I did try with a different browser, but it wasn’t working. Anyways, I got someone from live chat  fixed it.
