Hi, it is possible in any way to look at the bill voice by voice? I think my bill is always overpriced and I don't understand why.

Hi, probably this is what I'm looking for, but when I get there it says I'm not the account holder (which I definitely am!!) how can I do? Thanks
When you created your My Account profile did you select the option 'I am the account holder'? Are you able to create a new profile using a different email address as your username so that you can set it up correctly as the account holder?
