I had upgraded my phone on a two years contract at late of December 2016. And I requested to use my fido dollars to pay for my new phone. But it didn't go through when I got my bill on line. And I called the customer service, and they were saying they will do that for me at the next bill. Today my bill still has not used my fido dollars to credit back my account. Also I have treated in my old phone for 150. However, two billing circles already, nothing is coming up. Can u tell me what is going on?

Time outed already. Last time I called them, i was one hour on hold and solved nothing.

That's why I posted a comment here. Sad
