Hi. I am still having difficulty trying to make outgoing and receiving incoming calls. I have paid about $15 today and it was already withdrawn from my bank account. And I still cannot make any calls. I am a few days overdue and I'm just trying to catch up with my payments. I have also been having a difficult time trying to catch up with the payment arrangements. I would like to cancel any payment arrangements I have made. I was also wondering if it would be possible for me to get my services back.

It sounds like your account could possibly have been suspended for non-payment. If this scenario sounds likely, you might have to contact an Accounts Receivable representative by calling *732 free of charge from your Fido phone or 1-888-288-2106.
