What is going on with my account? I sent a query about your additional charges a month back and you have ignored it, while charging penalties additionally. Meanwhile, I made the payments I believe to be correct six days ago, and still haven't received any receipts. Just what the hell is going on with your accounting procedures anyway? I want a written reply to all of this. Using this means of contact as I don't twitter or facebook and you leave me no option.

As for the payments, do they show up in your account? Depending on the payment method you might not receive a confirmation for the payment.
