Billing - $24 in services I didn't use were billed in Extras that never have been billed before and are not detailed in the bill itself

What gives Fido Support? Member since like 2000 here.

That's odd!

We only bill you for what you use but, that said, we'd be happy to take a peek at your bill with you and see what's going on.

 I had the exact same issue, and there's no way to see what the "Extras" refer to — Long distance, voice minutes, etc, all show that I'm within limits, but there's still that vague extras charge.  Is Fido just randomly charging without explanation?
