Billing - $24 in services I didn't use were billed in Extras that never have been billed before and are not detailed in the bill itself
What gives Fido Support? Member since like 2000 here.
I had the exact same issue, and there's no way to see what the "Extras" refer to — Long distance, voice minutes, etc, all show that I'm within limits, but there's still that vague extras charge. Is Fido just randomly charging without explanation?
