I always got a paper bill, but about a month ago I got a message about the possibility of a strike with the postal office. Then I stopped getting my bill.

Hi @Joefa!

 

To ensure that you get your bill, customers registered to paper billing were migrated to online billing. Do you have access to your bill through Fido.ca?



And, FYI, you can always dial *28 from your fido phone to get your account balance & the payment due date . It might help you out until you get back your bill Smiley
