Did that but still the same problem. I always paid my bill online and never had this problem before. Thanks.

Have you tried a different browser?

I have the same problem and its really frustrating! I called fido and they told me they do their system maintenance after 6 pm. How incovenient for customers!

What browser are you using?

Have you tried to clear the cache and delete the cookies?
