I can’t login to Fido application they are saying that I need to complete email validation on Fido.ca. So how to do it? Can you help?
Did you provide an e-mail address when you sign up for the account? If yes, a confirmation e-mail would have been sent to the address. Check the Junk mail folder if you can't find it. Make sure you confirm that e-mail is yours by clicking on the link within the e-mail or copying the link to the address section of the browser and press enter. Congratulation you have successfully activated your account.
Note: be sure to double check to make sure that e-mail was sent from Fido and not someone trying to pretend to be Fido.
other user have same issue. for now no solution. it is system glitch. ready to pay late payment panelty.
