Bill more than my current plan

Hi everyone

 

I just got associated with Fido network the plan I purchased is 45 dollars whereas on billing page I'm seeing 65 dollars due..  Can u help how to solve this

is there a break down of the charges? usually if your ammount due is higher its due to Taxes, and other fees protation or activation fees,  it usually lists them itemized on your bill summary, did u look at the bill in its entirety?

I just wanted to add that to find the breakdown of all the charges on your bill you can download the PDF version from My Account on Fido.ca. Just click on Save/Print this Bill on the top right side of the bill overview page.

Sorry for the confusion Fido executive just cleared 25 dollars were activation charges which I assumed to be additional
