I last got billed at the start of April, which is the usual time that I have to pay my Fido bill (3rd or 4th of the month). It's now May 17th and I haven't heard anything about the previous month. Is there a reason that I'm not seeing this?

Do you mean that you haven't received your May bill when they're normally sent to you at the beginning of each month?

That's exactly it, Megan! Normally I would have received something by this point, but haven't yet.
I mean, if I'm getting a month free, that's okay, but somehow I doubt it ;).
