Bill due date keeps shifting

The due date for my bill keeps shifting back by 1 day each month. That is, my bills have been due on June 11, July 10, and now it's August 9. My billing cycle is always the 13th of the month. So, I am getting a smaller and smaller window each month to pay off my bill. Why is this happening?

Hello nicklopeke,

Your due date will always be between 27 and 29 days after your cycle has ended on the 13th.

From the information you have given us, June 11th was 29 days after your cycle has ended while July 10th and August 9th were both 27 days after your cycle has ended.

I hope this clarifies the matter for you Smiley

Read my post again. I'm talking about the DUE DATE of my bill, not the bill amount itself.
