I have been charged $500!!!!! in data overages. This is so wrong and incorrect. My data had been turned off after recieving the text message, as well as my phone wasn't even active for most of the billing period. I will NOT be paying these outrageous false charges!!!!!!

In regards to your data over usage, the charges will be based on your usage. We do ensure that notifications are sent when you reach 90% and 100% usage thresholds, and block your mobile data access once your reach $50 over usage. That being said, if there is any billing issue we'll be sure to correct it.
