After having issues with my Galaxy S6 and a warranty repair, Fido gave me a spanking new S6 today. Fido said 2 weeks for repair and in 12 days I had a brand new device. Customer service was very helpful both online and in store. I have no problem complaining when things go wrong so it's only fair I pat Fido on the back when they do a great job.
