Been trying to contact fido for an hour to switch to $60/10gb plan but they aren't responding help?

I've tried Facebook messenger, and called 611 and the fido numbers on the webpage, the online chats not working either. So far I've had no luck... the website won't even let me log in now. Will I still get the plan if I can't get through to them by tonight considering today's the last day for the plan?
