I was on hold for 4 hours and 8 min using *611 and I was dropped ....its very complex I understand but when you've been a customer for 14 years and you can't get through to change your plan or upgrade or trying to get a new cell phone it's absolute pathetic Fido .. ...not ever the fido store could even help  unless you call customer support and they drop you.

The same here!!! And ive been waiting to days for Facebook messenger.... I don't get it.... They should be able to handle the volume and knowing they would get a rsponse like this..... They should be better prepared.... I cant verify anything.. On my account  my upgrade  nothing to say ive upgraded my phone or to verify my plan.... Im very frustrated.

Absolutely pathetic they weren't even prepared for the amount of volume of people lots of people.going to switch in this country there will be more deals out there like this its just the beginning

I've been trying everything too. Still no replies in 24 hrs from Facebook. Never connecting on the live chat. Calling every hrs just so I can find out if I'm eligible for the 10gig plan. I would get through on some calls only to be told there is no rep available to help and hung up on and sometimes end up in a French speaking robot after inputting my phone number. It's beyond ridiculous, I don't understand why they didn't do the call back options like they had during the black Friday and cyber Monday. Makes everything so fishy and only a select few existing customers would end up with the plan unless they were new customers switching physically at the store.

Feel like helping me as well? I've been trying since Saturday. Finally spoke with someone last night. They setup my first line and was almost finished setting up my second line with a customer loyalty plan and before I could confirm the change, they stopped responding to me and I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone since.

Hi Guys.... I have been trying to call them since yesterday and been with them for a very very long time as well... They shouldnt be offering plans like this if they cant handle the pressure...The messed up part is that I got threw the line but it was prepaid department and the lady said she couldnt help me but isntead hung up on me because I told her I will take a screen shot of my phone to see how long I have been holding and post it on soical media for customers to see how bad the service FIDO is providing to their customers.. after hearing that she hung up on me :S:S:S:S:S. At this stage I dont care if I dont get through them right now but as long as they HONOUR us the plan after this promo is over because we have been trying to get hold of them.
