Baked Shrimp, Cream Cheese / Feta Spinach Dip - Served Warm
Ingredients:
2 packages x 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 cup grated Cheddar
1/2 cup Feta Cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 Garlic Clove
1 package Frozen Spinach (thaw and drain)
1/4 Diced Onion
8 to 12 oz. - Baby Cooked Shrimp (Shrimp amount to your discretion)
Pepper and Seasoning Salt to taste
Sourdough loaf / French loaf
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except shrimp. Bake at 325 Degrees x 1 hour in loaf. Wrap sides and bottom of loaf with tin foil. Leave top open. Add shrimp when you take out of oven. Enjoy!
