After a yummy appy and a bean dish main, it's time for a yummy healthy dessert. 😁
Baked Bananas 🍌
Ingredients : makes 3 servings
2 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup , divided
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp maple sugar
1/8 tsp sea salt (optional)
DirectionsPreheat oven to 400•F. Slice bananas in half lengthwise and arrange them in a baking dish on parchment paper.
In a small bowl, stir together 1/2 tbsp of maple syrup, with the cinnamon, maple sugar and sea salt until well combined.
Brush the banana slices with the remaining 2 Tbsp of maple syrup making sure to coat both sides. Spread cinnamon mixture evenly along the top of the banana slices and bake them in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until bananas are soft and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve alongside your face ice cream or just enjoy as they are. Bon Apetit!
