I paid my April 6th bill on April 16th. I got an email confirmation from Fido that the payment went through, and that my updated balance is $0.00. (Email notification number: 517913355; Transaction # 02804F - if anyone from customer support is reading). Now, almost a mnth later, my account Billing & Payment shows as if I didn't pay my April 6th bill. My account Payment History shows it as paid on April 16th. I took screenshots for proof.
What's going on?
(Also - very displeased with customer support chat hours windows, and most of all, no email customer support at all. )

Are you looking at the balance under "Overview" tab in My Account? You can also call *28 to confirm the balance in real time.
The bills are not updated once you pay them, only your account balance is.
