So i dropped Rogers deal for fido.
To avoid prorated amount customer service told me to place my order between yesterday Saturday and Sunday today.
I went online to place my orde and didn't work.
I called customer service and told me ok the phone price i had is not LONGER AVAILABLE
*******LIKE WHY THEY DIDN'T TOLD ME THAT *******
This is a bad service ! For real now what am i suppose to do ?

Waw ! And they took a lifetime to answer ! The time they will respond me here I'll have time to share it on Facebook and Twitter and Instagram.

Wereyou referring to the Pixel 2 or 2 XL as foe your update - I noticed the price went up .. everywhere dear Canada.
So sorry and I'm willing to try help out
- did someone had send you PM or email on the bit about telling you to do your update between that day and that day ? ...they originally most probably did inform you so to save you money on fees prorated or otherwise, BUT ... Did Fido staff knew which phone you were shopping for?
If you have staff name trail of conversation arrangements this might help you.
Either way, I will vouch for one or two things:
1) Staff are not in the knowing about price changes before it happens.
2) Whichever issue you have you will find dedicated staff here and I can assure you they will.do all they can to fix it. Address a PM @Fidosolutions
