I am trying to find out how to get the automated voice greeting kick in when calls go into voicemail. However, aside from recording my own voice which I do not want, I am unable to find a way to get the auto greeting. Any one know? Thanks for your suggestions.
Absolutely does not work.... Fido can’t even figure this out. Been on phone for last 2 hours .... 4 different agents. No one can get my old automated greeting back on. Makes no sense. It’s either a recorded greeting or a voice signature. My automated greeting was fine yesterday ????
