Automated Voice Greeting

I am trying to find out how to get the automated voice greeting kick in when calls go into voicemail. However, aside from recording my own voice which I do not want, I am unable to find a way to get the auto greeting. Any one know? Thanks for your suggestions.

Hey @510-510

Welcome to the Community!

It's no longer possible to bypass the voice signature recording. Also, once you record the voice signature, it can't be deleted afterwards,

Hope that answers your question!

Re: Automated Voice Greeting

Absolutely does not work.... Fido can’t even figure this out.  Been on phone for last 2 hours .... 4 different agents.  No one can get my old automated greeting back on.  Makes no sense.  It’s either a recorded greeting or a voice signature.  My automated greeting was fine yesterday ????

help???
