Hi, I put in a service request with Asurion 6 days ago and I have not heard back from them and their website is down, specifically the service request update tracker. Their phone lines also close too early for someone in BC to call them in the evening.
Can you guys do anything to help? My phone got wet and the screen has lines on it from top to bottom and it is becoming more and more difficult to use, it only registers every second touch on the screen.
I'd love to be able to help but all Asurion claims are handle by Asurion directly since the request isn't placed with Fido.
Can you tell us which part of the website you're trying to use exactly? Seems to be working fine when I give it a try!
