Dear Fido / Rogers, this is 2017, how are all of your systems down, this is terrible! We cannot do anything with respect to speaking to a human being. This is poor a infrastrure setup where you cannot support your clients that are calling in... It's great to sign clients up but when you cannot support them, this is two thumbs down.
I called fido 4 days just to unlock my phone, I need to go to travel and phone has to be unlock, Can you advise if any other channel for customer who need help other then the promotional deal, it's not fair for the customer who need assistance to solve other issues. Fido should have a plan to solve this matters.
Remember though folks, those at the top and especially in sales/marketing are the ones that cluster this up, walk away at the end of a day and leave understaffed min wagers holding the bag filled with rocks that they (toppers and s/m) just bashed the customers with. Zero accountability, caring or acknowledgement from the decision makers too......

I want to change the plan for both numbers on my account to the 60 dollar 10 GB plan. After waiting on hold for about 3 hours the line started ringing as if it were finally getting through then the call was dropped. This is unacceptable.
There has to be a better system. Like leave your number and Fido calls you back.
Called back again today. The automated options were different this time. Said to leave my number and gave an approximate time that fido would call back. Between 2.5 to 3.5 hours.
I thought this system is much better. 4 hours later and still no call from fido.
I would like my switched to the 10GB plan being offered immediately, I have tried to communicate with your company since Saturday!
I would also like my wife's plan switched as well, if it cannot be done, we will switch to a provider that answers their phones.
Yes, I would like help please. I have tried to contact support via phone, messenger, twitter. I did finally manage to get through on the phone - and then the call was suddenly dropped after I was in the queue for an hour. I tried again a few minutes ago and am receiving the message that all customer support is closed for the day. It's 4pm Pacific.
I've also try to make the change directly in my account online but the promotional plan is not showing up as an option, even when I scroll through all the available plans.
I would like to switch to the $60/10 gb promotional plan. What's the best way to get some assistance with this?

3 days of trying to contact fido, now the promo is over. I sincerely hope that you're going to make exceptions for those of us that finally get answered in the days to come

Yes! I had tried for one hour straight to get through and now I'm connected. But they said "wait time is over 3 hours." Can't do that! While I'm on hold I'm going to use another phone and try another provider like Bell.
