I notice today that, when login to my account, my fido dollars amount is 0. Last month, it was 180.50 and I didn't spend any. I was looking to use them before tomorrow deadline.
I tried to call customer support, but after 40 min waiting to talk to someone, I had to hangup (I'm at work and can't really stay close to an hour waiting on the phone).
Any reason why? Is it just an error from the website?
