Hi I just added 2nd line to my existing account, few hours ago.
the one that's currently on promo, $55 1GB 500min +2gb bonus for 12month.
new phone number, new sim card.
I can call and receive phone calls but I'm getting no data connection.
It worked for few minutes when I was just leaving the store then suddenly, no data.
I tried on different phones, and it's same problem.
My other fido line is getting LTE no problem so it's not like i'm in a dead zone.
any idea? does it take time for data to work?
hi @ckk77 you mentioned a new # and new SIM but not a new phone. Is it possible this is a non-Fido phone? If so, you'll need to manually add the settings to use data. For help on that check here: https://www.fido.ca/consumer/content/configure-unlocked-device-guide

What's the model of the phone that you're using, and is it a Fido phone? Also, if you test your SIM in another phone, are you still getting no data connection?
