Hey everyone. If i have to say something. That would be about Fido. The biggest cheater ever. I called to sign a contract and was promissed of 35bucks on 2nd line and no activation fee charged. Just 10 days pass i received a bill of 229. 78 that included the 3 lines which i never used. They charged me for 2nd at regular plan. Activation fee charged... i called and complained, the guy said you have no prove that we promised you. What the heck fido.

To clarify, second line activations can only be done in store on through the call center, which would also mean that a one time $30 activation fee will apply. The activation is conditional to the approval of the fee, you'll also find it in your service agreement.
That being said, we'd like to take a closer look at your account since you did mention being charged for 3 lines that you're not using. We'd like to clarify that along with the current charges on your latest invoice.
