I'm trying to activate my new SIM card. It says enter old and new sim number. The new one is fine but the old asks for 20 digits but on the SIM card only has 19 digits. FYI. The old sim is from freedom mobile. Help!

Are you looking to swap an existing Fido SIM card? Or this is a brand new activation?
The message you're mentionning is usually what shows up when you're updating your SIM card. Ie: From an old Fido SIM card to a new Fido SIM card.
Could you confirm?
