I am trying to activate two new Fido sim cards online to transfer my parents' number into Fido's prepaid account. At this time, it's more convenient to do this online but as I accepted the Terms and Conditions for the last step for activation, the site gives me this response:
"Sorry, this service if not available at this time. Please try again later."
Any updates on when we'll be able to activate the sim card online?
