Hi - I got the free spotify for 6 months with my plan, and I received a code via SMS, but there is no link in the SMS at all. How do I activate spotify with this code???

I have been trying to sign up for spotify premium for the free 6 months, however I have been having problems.

I have followed all the steps that both the fido community had on here and the also from a representative. I was able to recieve a code that was sent to my phone to enter into the fidohub, however it states that after I put that code in I need to login to my fido account to find an access link, I have done this and still cannot find any access link. if anyone can help me figure this out it would be greatly appreciated.
