I am trying to log in using the updated Fido app, it is asking for my phone number so it can send me a code but upon entering my number and hitting "send me the code" I get an error that says "Account Info Not Available; we can't retrieve your account info here. Please visit Fido.ca to log in". Can anyone tell me what's going on and how to potentially fix this? If I wanted to use fido.ca to view my account i would have logged in from there in the first place. Any insight is greatly appreciated, thank you.

When you usually log into Fido.ca, do you use your e-mail address as your username, or is it still your phone number?
