I believe my fido account has been compromised. I just got my number a few days ago, topped it up with $30, and now it doesn't work.
When I go to fido.ca and enter my account info, it says "experiencing technical difficulties."
When I try to speak to someone at *611, it will not recognize my ten digit phone number.
Please help me. I need this number and I think someone has gotten into my account and either deleted it or changed it somehow.
