I added a additional line last month , but I can not see Additional Line Monthly Credit for it on the bill. Could you help check? Thanks.

Did you already get the bill showing the new line on it? The discount should appear on the page with the details for the new line. To check that out, all you have to do is open the PDF file of the bill.
