my account cycle ends today. I must cancel my account before it begins for the next month.
i cannot reach customer service by phone or chat (they don't even cancel accounts anyway)
will someone who works for fido please tell me how to do this under the current circumstances.
This is day six of my attempts to get through to Fido and cancel my account. My billing cycle has now begun a new month.
I would be extremely grateful if one of the fido employees could get this done. i have filled out and submitted the form as you requested but no joy so far.
