Hi,

 

I was not eligible for $60 10GB promotion as I was on contract. I remember I had to select $85 Large plan to get 10GB. 

 

Is it now changed? I see the following on Fido website today. In store only:

"Wow! Get 10 GB for $60/mo.
Hurry! Offer ends December 19

For existing customers only, change your plan and get 10GB of Data for $60/month. Best deal of the year as the $60/5GB plan has an ongoing 5GB bonus. Need a new phone? Upgrade it on a 2-year $85/month Large plan."

 

Can I change my 24 month contract plan to this, 10GB $60?

The $60 plan was a BYOP, and the $85 plan was a Large plan. Does that answer your question?

I tried changing my plan $39 Small on line yesterday and my only option was $85 Large plan to get 10GB as previously stated on the website like "Existing customer? Change your plan to $85 Large."

Now it's changed. "For existing customers only, change your plan and get 10GB of Data for $60/month......Need a new phone? Upgrade it on a 2-year $85/month Large plan."

This is why I am curious. It doesn't say "BYOP" any more. Is it for "BYOP" still? Anyone please help?

The $60 plan was a BYOP, and the $85 plan was a Large plan. Does that answer your question?
