So I switched my plan during the promo from my online account. I just started a new usage cycle and it only shows 5GB still. I contacted you via Facebook messager and the last reply from you is Tuesday. Taking DAYS to reply is unacceptable. Other mobile companies are busy too but they don’t take 3 days and counting for a simple reply. I was asked to fill out online form and supply phone number which is what I did. No reply and no action for THREE FREAKING DAYS! I’m gonna port to Telus if This doesn’t get resolved. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
When Fido switched their promo to no-term and extended to existing users, this was an observation made immediately when some users switched via self-serve that only 5gb showed. It was established by reps that it may take 2-3 billing cycles to see the bonus 5gb added. With so much activity within the forums, it's hard to find information with relation to the promo and what's what.
