I was looking to switch to this plan. However I am having a hard time connecting to a Fido representative. I wanted to ensure I can make the switch to the promotion before it ends on December 19th.

Hey Stephen, I'm having a similar problem with the posters above. I want to change two of my lines over to the promo. No luck with contacting customer support over the phone. I've also tried to change the plan myself online but I get a "Sorry something went wrong" error whenever I try to switch. Can I get some assistance?
