However, according to the agreement that I have received from your company, there is no a specific end date of my plan. I wonder to ask that does it mean I can switch to another plan for the calling and data anytime?

This is indeed a month-to-month plan, meaning that you don't have an agreement. You can change your plan at any time.
May I ask why you're thinking of leaving us?
