Hello, on October 11th i accepted a 3gb for $10 promo in the fido app, I checkmarked it and the fido app told me that it would be applied to my next billing cycle after the 18th, I would also get a confirmation text message.
The fido app gave me a confirmation that I accepted the offer in my inbox, the message has since been automatically deleted. (I screenshoted it if you would like to see it).
My billing cycle started a new cycle on the 18th, I did not get a confirmation on the 18th of october that the credit was applied, I assume that the promo won't be applied until the 18th of november? I'm not quite sure if "After October 18th" refers to on the same day as, or after, or if there was a glitch in the system and my promo was not applied.
